Hiawatha Valley Education District, our Special Education cooperative, will be hosting an Open House for SAIL, SPECTRUM, and River Valley Academy - ALC at thier new site: 1213 Gilmore Ave, Winona, MN. The Open House will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
The Open House will include a tour of the facility and a celebration of the journey of transitioning all HVED programs to one central site. Along with this, a Ribbon Cutting ceremony will take place at 5:30pm.

Lanesboro Schools is accepting sealed bids for a 2010 Bluebird 59 passenger bus. The bus has 165,789 miles. The vehicle runs and drives but does have a broken leaf spring. Please contact Chad Wangen at the bus garage if you would like to review the bus prior to placing a bid. Bids are due Thursday, September 3rd, 2026 by 3:00pm.

LANESBORO SCHOOL OPERATING REFERENDUM Q&A SESSION
Join us on Wednesday, August 26th at 7:00PM in the school Forum for a question and answer session regarding our upcoming School Operating Referendum ballot question. The session is designed to be informal and will provide information regarding our school's budget, what the ballot question is asking, and give community members an opportunity to ask questions. Even if you can't make it for the beginning of the meeting, feel free to stop by and ask any questions you may have.
