In more great Burro work outside the classroom, Bryndle Sveen and her horse, “Patrick” Spooks Gotta Boom, were crowned Youth 13 & Under Champions at the All American Quarter Horse Congress, one of the largest single-breed horse shows in the world!
The duo put together an outstanding 217 ½-point ride to take home the championship title!
Bryndle trains alongside her parents through their family business, Freiheit Reiners, where she has dedicated countless hours to developing her skills, horsemanship, and partnership with her horses.
Her hard work is certainly paying off! Bryndle and Patrick are also currently ranked Top 10 in the nation in the NRHA Youth 13 & Under division.

Burros are excelling not only on the field and in the classroom, but also in the show ring!
Congratulations to Rylee Nelson, and her family, on exhibiting the Grand Champion Breeding Gilt at the Aksarben Stock Show in Nebraska!
This incredible accomplishment is the result of months of hard work, dedication, caring for and exhibiting “Jelly”, a crossbred breeding gilt at many shows in Minnesota.
Aksarben is a major livestock show in Nebraska, with exhibitors from 14 states, making this achievement even more impressive!
Congratulations, Rylee! We are so proud of you!

We understand that many roads across the district remain closed or impassable due to the flooding that has occurred. Beginning tomorrow morning, Monday, September 21st, our bus and van routes will attempt to run as normal. However, should a driver encounter roads that are unsafe to travel on, you will receive a call from the district and will need to make alternate transportation plans for your student(s). If you are already aware that your road has been impacted and is not passable, please email the district with that information as soon as possible. Emails can be sent to
